When you upgrade to a new Tier in a Domain, you:

• Add 1 to one of the base Attributes of your Domain Aspect
• Gain a new Domain Base Card
• Choose new Domain Feature Cards up to the Tier Card Limit (stated on the Domain Tier Base Card)

Optionally you may swap one of the cards you previously selected for a new card.
